Terrific Turkey Avocado BLT Wrap

Love the taste of a deli sandwich, but looking for something healthier with fewer carbs, less fat and calories? Look no further! This recipe gives you a healthy serving of protein, plus the good fat contained in avocado, not to mention the delicious crispy taste of bacon. But best of all, you eliminate a bunch of carbs by using lettuce instead of bread or a tortilla wrap. This low-carb lunch can also help keep your blood sugar under control. Terrific!
Makes 2 servings

Ingredients
4 leaves of romaine lettuce, washed and dried
½ lb. sliced turkey
4 slices cooked bacon
1 tomato, sliced
½ avocado, sliced

Directions
1. Place two lettuce leaves flat on a napkin or plate.
2. Equally divide turkey, bacon, tomato, and avocado between the two leaves. Place on top.
3. Add remaining lettuce leaves to top off your “sandwich” and roll up the wrap.
